About us

Keren Art of Connection LLC  by Keren.

Keren Arroyo Mora is a Puerto Rican artist, an art therapist, and the founder of Keren Art of Connection LLC. Currently living in Starkville, Mississippi, Keren graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a double major in Printmaking and Art Education and later, pursued aMaster degree in Creative Art Therapy at Pratt Institute in New York. In her 2018 exhibition, Keren used the pigeon figures to denounce the government’s mishandling of the Hurricane Maria’s devastating impact on Puerto Rico. Now, as an Art therapist, Keren continues using her artistic roots to explore the themes of resilience, societal injustice and mental health.
